Clinical guideline of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment for diagnosis and treatment in grassroots hospitals
摘要
Abstract
Radiotherapy for tumor is one important way in treatment for malignant tumor.Its curative efficacy heavily depends on radiotherapy equipment,technique,and professional personnel.With the continuous development of domestic radiotherapy equipment and related technologies,the technical parameters of domestic radiotherapy equipment have reached the international advanced level.At present,the grassroots hospitals of China undertake approximate 70%of the initial diagnosis of tumors,but the rate of standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors is less than 50%due to the shortage of equipment,technology and professional personnel.Aimed at this situation,the domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment conducted integrated convergence for linear accelerator and medical imaging equipment or other therapeutic devices(such as Gamma knife)through convergence of physical structure,or collaborative innovation of function,which can greatly reduce the difficulty of implementing radiotherapy in grassroots hospitals.Under the support of National Key Research and Development Program,Radiotherapy Equipment and Technology Branch of China Association of Medical Equipment organized experts of related fields to establish clinical guideline of diagnosis and treatment for domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment,so as to guide professional personnel of grassroots hospitals to carry out standardly clinical application for equipment.In order to realize better clinical application of domestic radiotherapy equipment in grassroots hospitals,the experts team combined with the current situation of grassroots hospitals to implement grassroots-level adaptation for clinical guideline of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment for diagnosis and treatment,which target was to standard the clinical application of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment in grassroots hospitals.关键词
