The Application of CBL Combined with Clinical Teaching Records in Internship Tutoring of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with clinical teaching records in in-ternship tutoring of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Forty-four physicians who participated in the rotational intern-ship in Department of Internal Medicine and Department of Preventive Treatment of Disease from May 2022 to June 2023 were se-lected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 22 physicians in each group.The control group received clinical teaching through traditional methods,while the study group adopted the model of CBL combined with clinical teaching records.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores of resident physicians in the study group,including those for theoretical knowledge and practical operations,were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of both resident physicians and teachers in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management effect of CBL combined with clinical teaching records is excellent.It can significantly improve the clinical theoretical level and operational skills of resident physicians,and notably enhance the qual-ity of clinical tutoring of TCM.关键词
