Abstract
The cultivation of high-level innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important support for the devel-opment of the TCM cause.At present,the higher education model of TCM has problems such as insufficient innovation in systems and mechanisms,low training quality,and inadequate talent reserves.The Tu Youyou Class(Traditional Chinese Medicine)is an innova-tive initiative jointly launched by the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to explore the path of cultivating high-level innovative talents.Taking the distinctive short-semester teaching practice in the talent cultivation process as an example,this article summarized and reflected on the effectiveness and useful experiences of short-semester teaching practice from aspects such as core literacy-oriented teaching design,the integration and synergy of scientific re-search,medical care and educational resources,and ideological and political-led values cultivation,so as to provide ideas and refer-ences for the reform of higher education models.关键词
