中医药文化视域下高职医学生职业价值观的教育探析
Analysis of the Education on Vocational Values of Higher Vocational Medical Students from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)culture is an important part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.It has certain educational value in aspects such as students'growth and development,and the cultivation of their vocational values,and helps guide medical students to establish correct vocational values.Through a questionnaire survey on the vocational values of higher vocational medi-cal students,the author found that the four dimensions of their vocational values are ranked as follows:economic value,self-value,social value,and prestige value.When choosing a career,they tend to prioritize their own interests,economic rewards,and self-value,while giv-ing less consideration to their contributions to society and personal prestige.It is evident that the education on vocational values for higher vocational medical students needs to be further strengthened.Combining the education work based on TCM culture,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide references for the education on vocational values of medical students.关键词
