The Regional Differentiation Characteristics of Soil Enzyme Activity and Stoichiometric Ratios in the Rhizosphere of Wuyi Shuixian Tea Plants

Abstract
To investigate the differences and relationships between the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and stoichiometric ratios in the rhizosphere soil of Wuyi Shuixian tea from Zhengyan(rock tea)and Zhoucha(alluvial tea)regions,this study selected and compared soil samples from both regions.The results show that:the contents of total nitrogen(TN)and microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN)were significantly higher in the Zhengyan area,whereas the Zhoucha area had higher soil organic matter(SOC),pH,and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)levels.The activities of β-1,4-glucosidase(βG)and acid phosphatase(ACP)were significantly higher in the Zhoucha area.Vector analysis of soil enzyme stoichiometry reveals that microbial communities in both regions were limited by phosphorus,with the Zhoucha area additionally exhibiting more significant carbon limitation.Correlation analysis indicates that in the Zhengyan area,enzyme activities were positively correlated with SOC and TP but negatively correlated with MBN.In contrast,in the Zhoucha area,enzyme activities were positively correlated with pH but significantly negatively correlated with MBC and MBN,highlighting differences in the dominant factors influencing enzyme activities between the two regions.This study,from the perspective of microbial metabolic limitations,reveals the key constraints for soil nutrient management in tea gardens from different localities.It was recommended that management in the Zhengyan area focus on nutrient conservation and available phosphorus supplementation,while the Zhoucha area should prioritize carbon source input and coordinated optimization of phosphorus fertilizer management.关键词
