Abstract
This study obtained near infrared spectra of Dongting(mountain)Biluochun tea samples and detected quality indicators such as water content,water extract,tea polyphenols,total free amino acids,catechin components and total content and caffeine.A rapid quality detection model was subsequently developed by preprocessing the spectral data and combining it with partial least squares method.The results show that the correlation coefficients of the 11 established rapid detection models for quality indicators were all greater than 0.9,and the root mean square errors were all relatively small.The model shows good predictive accuracy and stability,enabling rapid de-tection of multiple quality indicators for Dongting(mountain)Biluochun tea.关键词
