Research and application of marine environment monitoring technology based on unmanned aerial vehicles

Abstract
To address the issues of limited coverage,singular monitoring parameters,and insufficient resolution associated with traditional marine environmental monitoring methods,this article proposes a marine environmental monitoring technology based on unmanned aerial vehicles.By constructing a monitoring system that integrates a UAV flight platform,multiple types of sensors,intelligent navigation control,and data processing modules,and employing the YOLOv11n network model as the core detection algorithm,a dataset for marine oil pollution environments was established for experimentation.The results demonstrate that the model achieves a precision rate of 93.7%,a recall rate of 91.3%,and a frame rate of 42,ensuring high detection accuracy and enabling rapid response.Compared with algorithms such as Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(Faster R-CNN)and Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(Mask R-CNN),the model better meets the real-time and accuracy requirements of marine environmental monitoring.关键词
