摘要
Abstract
The article constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system covering 8 aspects,including the overall utilization level of rail transit,balance between work and housing,land development,mixed functions,living costs,convenient connectivity,efficiency of connectivity,and intelligence level.Quantitatively evaluate the Transit Oriented Development(TOD)level of Shijiazhuang railway stations using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and linear dimensionless standardization methods.Research has found that Shijiazhuang has achieved certain results in TOD,especially in terms of land development,convenient connectivity,and efficiency.However,there is still room for improvement in terms of living standards and work life balance.Suggest optimizing the planning and design of transfer stations and core areas to enhance the radiation and driving effect of stations on surrounding areas.At the same time,it is recommended to increase passenger flow,expand commuting and residential coverage,in order to promote the high-quality development of TOD at rail stations.关键词
