运脾通肠方提取工艺优化及挥发油成分GC-MS解析
Optimization of extraction process of Yunpi Tongchang prescription and GC-MS analysis of volatile oil components

Abstract
The objective was to optimize the extraction process of Yunpi Tongchang prescription and analyze the components of volatile oil.On the basis of single factor investigation,ultrasonic extraction method was used combined with orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process of Yunpi Tongchang prescription and steam distillation method was used to determine the yield of volatile oil and its components were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was A2B3C3,ultrasonic extraction with anhydrous ethanol and the ratio of liquid to solid was 22∶1(mL∶g),the extraction temperature was 60℃,and the number of extractions was 3 times.The yield of volatile oil was 0.29%and the yield of volatile oil in the original medicinal plants was 0.35%.A total of 85 volatile components were identified,mainly including acids,esters,aldehydes,alkanes,etc.The extraction of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine compound by ultrasound combined with organic solvents is simple to operate and technically stable,which can provide a reference for the study of chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine compound.关键词
