响应面法优选小米炒党参炮制工艺及质量标准研究
Optimization of processing technology and quality standard of millet-fried Codonopsis pilosula by response surface method

Abstract
The processing technology of millet-fried Codonopsis Radix was optimized by response surface method.The processing time,processing temperature and the amount of millet were used as the investigation factors,and the appearance evaluation,the content of lobetyolin,5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)and extract were used as the evaluation indexes.The entropy weight method was used for multi-index comprehensive score to optimize the processing technology.The effects of different solvents on the extract content of Codonopsis Radix stir-fried with millet were investigated,and the traits and microscopic identification of millet-fried Codonopsis Radix were carried out.The contents of water,total ash,lobetyolin and 5-HMF samples were determined,and the corresponding quality standards were established.The results showed that the best processing technology of millet-fried Codonopsis Radix was stir-frying temperature of 120℃,stir-frying time of 3.5 min,and millet dosage of 18%.When 40%ethanol was used as the extract solvent,the extract content was the highest.The processing technology of millet-fried Codonopsis Radix optimized in this experiment is stable and feasible.The test results of different batches of millet-fried Codonopsis Radix are accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality evaluation of millet-fried Codonopsis Radix.关键词
