摘要

Abstract

Eprinomectin(EPR),as a new generation of derivatives of abamectin drugs,is widely used in animal husbandry,especially in lactating animals,because of its broad-spectrum and efficient anti-parasitic activity and unique low residue characteristics.This paper systematically reviews the research progress of EPR residue limit standard,residue elimination rule in different animal tissues,withdrawal period setting and residue detection technology.China,the United States,the European Union,Japan and other major countries and international organizations have established clear maximum residue limits(MRLs)for EPR in muscle,fat,liver,kidney and milk of cattle,sheep,deer and other animals.Studies have shown that EPR is eliminated slowly in animals,and the withdrawal period varies depending on the type of preparation,route of administration and animal type.It is generally shorter than other avermectins and does not require a period of abandonment.In terms of detection methods,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)and high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD)have become mainstream detection methods due to their high sensitivity and accuracy;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is suitable for rapid screening,but further confirmation is needed.Although the existing methods are relatively mature,the differences in MRLs between different countries still pose challenges to international trade and regulation.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the coordination of international standards,promote the innovation of detection technology,and carry out in-depth research on the environmental behavior and ecological risk of EPR to ensure food safety,ecological environment and public health.
