人参再造丸辐照检测光释光方法的建立及样品筛查
Development and sample screening of a photo-stimulated luminescence method for irradiation detection of Renshen Zaizao pills
摘要
Abstract
The objective was to establish a detection method for 60Co-γ irradiation in Renshen Zaizao pills.A photo-stimulated luminescence(PSL)detection method was established for irradiation screening of Renshen Zaizao pills,with reference to the Guidelines for Photoluminescence and Detection of Irradiated Traditional Medicines ISO 22256:2020(E).This method was applied to 119 batches from six manufacturers.The established method could reliably determine the irradiation status of samples and demonstrate good applicability.83/119 batches(69.7%)tested positive for irradiation.Only one manufacturer declared irradiation sterilization in production records,indicating unreported60Co-γ irradiation in other positive batches.The validated PSL method provides a rapid,reliable screening tool for monitoring irradiation practices,supporting comprehensive quality control of Renshen Zaizao pills in regulatory oversight.关键词
