光照强度对黄光干扰小菜蛾成虫生殖行为和寿命的影响
Effects of light intensity on reproductive behavior and lifespan of diamondback moth Plutella xylostella adults under yellow light interference

Abstract
To clarify the effect of yellow light(565-585 nm)intensity on the biological behaviors of dia-mondback moth Plutella xylostella adults and optimize the light parameters of existing yellow light,sys-tematic analyses were conducted via laboratory simulation experiments,with light intensity gradients of 2,10,and 20 lx and a dark control set up.The results showed that yellow light at 20 lx significantly shortened the oviposition period of female P.xylostella adults to 3.5 d,compared with 4.6 d in the con-trol group;it also reduced the reproductive capacity of P.xylostella,the total number of egg production significantly decreased by 40.32%to 697.38 eggs(vs.1 168.60 eggs in the control),the average daily number of egg production significantly decreased by 39.72%to 207.11 eggs(vs.344.60 eggs in the con-trol),and the egg hatching rate significantly decreased by 22.96 percentage points to 38.63%(vs.61.59%in the control).Furthermore,the survival probability of both male and female adults in this treatment group was extremely significantly lower than that in the control group,with females being more sensitive than males.The 10 lx light intensity treatment only reduced the total number of eggs laid by adult P.xylostella by 13.48%,while the 2 lx light intensity treatment had no significant regu-latory effect.These results indicated that the interference effect of yellow light on P.xylostella is dependent on light intensity,and 10 lx can inhibit its reproductive behavior,while 20 lx is the opti-mal intensity for inhibiting adult reproduction and lifespan.关键词
