Vocational Education Serves Rural Revitalization under the Goal of Common Prosperity:Logical Paths,Realistic Dilemmas and Practical Approaches

Abstract
With the goal of achieving common prosperity,the rural revitalization strategy puts forward multi-dimensional requirements for vocational education,such as talent supply,industrial boosting and social governance,and provides new policy opportunities and practice space for its development.As a key engine for rural development,vocational education can not only provide endogenous power for the continuous increase of rural residents'income and rural economic transformation by improving the quality of rural human capital and promoting industrial upgrading,but also play a synergistic role in cultural inheritance,social equity,and public services.However,in the process of serving rural revitalization,vocational education still faces practical difficulties such as"supply and demand misalignment""loose mechanism"and"environmental constraints".To this end,vocational education in serving rural revitalization should improve the rural talent cultivation system to precisely align with regional development needs,deepen industry-education integration to foster a collaborative innovation ecosystem involving multiple stakeholders,and optimize the environment for talent development to promote sustainable talent return and retention.关键词
