什么样的宏观环境组态吸引青年技能人才?
What Kind of Macro Environmental Configuration Attract the Young Skilled Talents

Abstract
Attracting young skilled talents through rational allocation of macro ecological environment elements,which is crucial to achieve stable and balanced economic and social development in the region.From the perspective of vocational college graduates,it analyzes the typical patterns and diverse paths of macro environmental configuration,which composed of multiple factors to help attract young skilled talents in the region.The findings indicate that the combination of technological innovation and vocational education are the core conditions,which has formed the mainstream path for attracting young skilled talents.There are four equivalent paths for attracting young skilled talents,which can be summarized as the mode of livable environment attraction supported by industry education integration,the mode of the private economy driven by industry education integration support,the mode of the livable service attraction led by prosperous market,and the mode of the digital government led.The condition configuration of low retention rate that is not the reverse expression of the condition configuration of high retention rate.Based on this,policy recommendations are proposed to attract young skilled talents.Firstly,it should establish a multi factor combination model suitable for attracting young skilled talents locally.The second is to create an innovation environment that is conducive to the employment and entrepreneurship of young skilled talents.Lastly,creating a high-quality and livable urban environment.关键词
