界定巩膜中医名称与五轮轮位分属的刍议
A preliminary discussion on defining the traditional Chinese medicine names of sclera and the classification of five wheel posi-tions
摘要
Abstract
The conjunctiva and sclera,traditionally referred to as White of the eye,belong to Qi wheel.However,one of them is located on the surface,in front of the eyeball,while the other is the posterior part of eyeball wall,located on the inside.There are significant differences in their physiology,pathology,and treatment between them,and they are collectively referred to as White of the eye.This confusion is not conducive to clinical treatment.Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese ophthalmology,it is recommended to clarify the TCM name of the sclera as"White Ball"and to as-sociate the conjunctiva with White of the eye to distinguish between the two.In the classification of the Five wheels,the sclera is classified as Water wheel,belonging to the kidney and closely related to the bone.Its disease is mostly responsi-ble for the kidney and liver;The conjunctiva is White of the eye,Qi wheel,and belongs to the lungs.Its disease is mostly attributed to the lung.关键词
