从"少阳为枢"探讨OSA的中医治疗新思路
Discussing the new ideas of OSA treatment based on the theory of"shaoyang as the pivot"in TCM
摘要
Abstract
OSA has a high incidence rate of 11％in China,which can cause a series of cardiovascular diseases and damage to various systems of the body,even sudden death.The disease has great harm and heavy burden,and the situa-tion is grim.Western medicine has limited means to treat this disease,and there are problems such as high costs,large side effects,and poor long-term effects.Traditional Chinese medicine has more certain curative effects,especially in im-proving the clinical symptoms and complications of OSA.The"Shaoyang as the pivot"theory originates from the Huang-di Neijing and has the functions of regulating the exodus of pathogenic qi,the birth and exit of yang qi,water metabo-lism,and the distribution of xiao fire.Shaoyang is related to the location of the disease,and the pivot of Shaoyang regu-lates the pathological changes of OSA.The mentor inherited the experience of Guo Ziguang,a national master of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,and emphasized that"qi is the commander of all yin substances"in clinical practice.Based on the"Shaoyang as the pivot"theory,the mentor innovatively proposed using Sini Powder to treat this disease,achieving signif-icant curative effects,and presenting a medical case to verify it.关键词
