从"春升之气"相关理论探究肝胆论治变应性鼻炎
Exploring the treatment of allergic rhinitis from the perspective of"the rising of spring qi"and the theory of liver and gall-bladder
摘要
Abstract
In traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of allergic rhinitis(rhinitis)usually starts with the differ-entiation of the lungs,spleen,and kidneys.However,there are still a large number of patients who rely on traditional differentiation and cannot achieve the expected treatment.This article combines the related theories of"rhinitis is common In spring"and"Liver communicates with spring qi"in the"Huangdi Neijing"and"Spring rising of gallbladder qi"in the"Spleen and Stomach Theory",proposes the concept of"spring rising qi"of the liver and gallbladder,and explores the theoretical basis of this disease from the perspective of liver and gallbladder treatment.It also elaborates on the physiologi-cal and pathological connection between allergic rhinitis and the liver and gallbladder,the connotation of"spring rising qi"of the liver and gallbladder,and the application of"Tuichen Zhixin","dispersing the wind from the liver"in prescriptions and"dispersing the wind and dredging the collaterals","soothing the liver and regulating the spirit"in acupuncture meth-ods in this disease,in the hope of broadening the treatment ideas of clinical workers in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.关键词
