自体血清联合个体化SLET手术治疗角膜化学伤后角膜缘干细胞缺乏的临床研究
Autologous serum combined with personalized SLET surgery for limbal stem cell deficiency

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of autologous serum combined with individualized SLET sur-gery for the treatment of limbal stem cell deficiency caused by chemical injury.Methods A retrospective analysis was con-ducted on 10 patients(10 eyes)with limbal stem cell deficiency due to chemical injury who underwent autologous serum combined with individualized SLET surgery at the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to September 2021.The clinical data of the patients were statistically analyzed.Results All 10 patients were young or middle-aged men.A total of 10 eyes were included,among which 4 were right eyes(40％)and 6 were left eyes(60％).The most common cause was alkaline burn(8 cases,80％),followed by acid burn(1 case,10％)and other substance burns(1 case,10％).Three patients were preoperatively diagnosed with symblepharon.The time from ocular surface exposure to the chemical substance to surgery ranged from 6 to 12 months.After treatment,the degree of corneal opacity and the best-corrected visual acuity improved to varying degrees.Complications occurred postoperatively in patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ limbal stem cell deficiency were observed,including 2 cases of complicated cataracts,1 case of recur-rent symblepharon,and 1 case of conjunctival hyperplasia.Conclusion Autologous serum combined with personalized SLET surgery is an effective treatment for limbal stem cell deficiency,leading to improvements in corneal opacity and best-corrected visual acuity to varying degrees after treatment.关键词
