屈光决明颗粒中医药围手术期干预对Fs-LASIK术后早期自觉症状和眼部体征影响的临床研究
Clinical study on the effects of perioperative intervention with quguang jueming granules on early postoperative subjective symptoms and ocular signs after Fs-LASIK surgery

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Quguang Jueming Granules on early postoperative ocular symptoms and signs after femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(Fs-LASIK).Methods A prospective controlled study was conducted,enrolling 72 patients(135 eyes)who underwent Fs-LASIK.They were divided into a control group(37 cases/69 eyes)and a TCM group(35 cases/66 eyes).Subjective symptoms and ocular surface signs were compared at 1 h,2 h,4 h,1 d,and 1 w postoperatively.Results For subjective symptoms,the TCM group showed significantly lower to-tal symptom scores within 1 d postoperatively(P＜0.05),with notable improvements in dryness(P＜0.05),eye pain within 4 h(P＜0.05),and photophobia and tearing at 4 h(P＜0.05).For ocular surface signs,the TCM group had low-er total scores at 4 h and 1 d(P＜0.05),significantly reduced conjunctival congestion from 2 h to 1 w(P＜0.05),and decreased conjunctival edema at 4 h(P＜0.05).Conclusion Quguang Jueming Granules effectively alleviate early postop-erative symptoms and mitigates ocular surface signs following FS-LASIK.关键词
