白酒对大鼠血压及心脏功能作用影响研究
Study on the effects of Baijiu on blood pressure and cardiac function in rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of Baijiu on the cardiovascular system of the body during its continuous use as a special traditional Chinese medicine,as well as a medicinal carrier and excipient,so as to provide a scientific basis for its standardized and rational application in the field of modern medicine.Methods:Based on the alcohol dosage recommended by domestic and for-eign health guidelines(alcohol intake<25 g·d-1),high dosage(5.25 mL·kg-1)and low dosage(2.63 mL·kg-1)of Baijiu were set.The effects on cardiac function and blood pressure of rats were observed after continuous administration of a certain 52° strong-aroma Baijiu for 30 days and 60 days.Results:After continuous administration of 52° strong-aroma Baijiu at doses of 2.63 mL·kg-1 and 5.25 mL·kg-1 for 30 days and 60 days,no abnormalities were found in the cardiac index,blood pressure level,and cardiac function of rats,but there was a slight tendency to excite the heart.Conclusion:Within the recommended alcohol intake range of<25 g·d-1,continuous administration of 12.5 g·d-1 of alcohol from 52° Baijiu may be safe but exhibit a slight cardiac excitatory effect.It is essential to close-ly monitor patients during its use,and ethanol should not be directly substituted for Baijiu.关键词
