基于"浊毒"理论探究中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网与溃疡性结肠炎的关系
Exploring the Relationship Between Neutrophil Extracellular Traps and Ulcerative Colitis Based on the Theory of"Zhuo Du"

Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that begins in the rectum and extends to the colon.The clinical feature is superficial ulcer.Zhuo Du is not only a pathogenic factor,but also a pathologic product.The pathogenesis of UC is based on spleen deficiency,with Zhuo Du as the key,and Zhuo Du is present throughout the pathogenesis of UC.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are reticular formation released by neutrophils in response to the effect of bacteria or inflammation.The formation of NETs is a unique immune defense mechanism designed to capture and kill pathogens,but also participates in inflammation and tissue damage under certain pathological conditions.By the analysis and study,we found that the role of NETs in the pathogenesis of UC is closely similar to that of Zhuo Du,both of which are critical in influencing the pathogenesis of UC by affecting the intestinal operation,leading to damage to intestinal function and mucosa,thereby leading to disease.Chinese medicine has the advantage of multiple components and synergistic effects on multiple targets.It ameliorates UC through mechanisms including inhibition of inflammation,immune regulation,thrombosis improvement,microbiota modulation and mucosal repair.In clinical practice,treatment principles such as strengthening the spleen and promoting qi,resolving Zhuo Du and detoxification can be adopted to regulate the UC.关键词
