摘要

Abstract

As one of the most prevalent and serious complications of diabetes,diabetic foot ulcer is hard to treat clinically because of the complex pathogenesis which seriously affects patients'quality of life.Bletilla striata is an essential drug for astringent and hemostasis,and has the effect of detumescence and muscle regeneration,so often be used in clinical treatment of various chronic and refractory wounds.As the main effective ingredient of Bletilla striata,Bletilla striata polysaccharide(BSP)has multiple pharmacological effects such as hemostasis,antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-tumor and immune regulation.This article reviewed relevant literature to summarize that the study on BSP was in the treatment of gastrointestinal tract ulcer,antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti inflammatory and hemostasis,immune regulation and promotion of the healing of chronic wounds.In the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,the BSP plays the role in the perspectives of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,promotion of tissue regeneration and immune regulation.With the biocompatibility,biodegradability and non-toxicity,BSP is suitable to be used as drug delivery matrix,the preparation of hydrogels,dressings,microneedles and other traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
