不同产地栽培羌活种子质量特征及综合评价
Quality characteristics and comprehensive evaluation of cultivated Notopterygium incisum seeds from different producing areas

Abstract
[Objective]In order to provide a scientific basis for the site selection and construction of Notop-terygium incisum seed source base,the quality difference was studied,and a comprehensive evaluation of culti-vated N.incisum seeds from different regions was carried out.[Method]The seed purity,appearance traits,1 000-grain weight,germination rate and nutrient content were compared and analyzed,and the quality difference of seeds between different places and the correlation between each index and environmental factors were analyzed,using cultivated N.incisum seeds from different producing areas as the experimental materials.[Result]Differ-ences existed in the purity,appearance,1 000-grain weight,germination rate,and nutrient content of N.incisum seeds from different origins,and these indicators showed significant correlations with the geographical environ-mental factors of the origins.The comprehensive evaluation indicated that the seed quality of cultivated N.inci-sum from different origins,ranked from highest to lowest,was:Xiaojin County(XJ),Marcand City(MEK),Heishui County(HS),Jinchuan County(JC),Pingwu County(PW),Rangtang County(RT)and Yulong County(YL).The cluster analysis showed that the cultivated N.incisum seeds could be divided into two types based on quality,among which,the cultivated N.incisum seeds in Marcand City,Xiaojin County and Heishshui County were grouped into one category,characterized by higher 1 000-grain weight,viability and germination rate,with an average value of 3.34 g,89%and 76%,respectively.[Conclusion]In the actual production,Malkang City,Xiaojin County and Heishui County can be used as the breeding base of N.incisum seed.关键词
