不同种植模式下金寨黄精矿质元素与多糖含量的比较分析
Comparative analysis of mineral elements and polysaccharide content in Polygonatum cyrtonema under different planting modes

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the contents of nine major mineral elements,polysac-charide contents in Jinzhai Polygonatum cyrtonema under under-forest and field planting modes,as well as their correlation with cultivated soils.[Method]Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was estab-lished to analyze the contents of nine mineral elements in P.cyrtonema and planting soils,respectively,and the safety of soil mineral elements and the correlation of P.cyrtonema-mineral element contents in soils were evalu-ated using the method of Nemero's integrated contamination index and bioconcentration factor methods.The pol-ysaccharide content in P.rhizome under different planting modes was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.[Result]Under-forest cultivated P.rhizome showed richer manganese and strontium contents with higher poly-saccharide levels,while chromium and zinc contents in field-cultivated samples slightly exceeded limit standards.[Conclusion]The under-forest planting mode ensures medicinal quality and safety of P.rhizome,demonstrating significant promotion value.关键词
