番木瓜根结线虫病病原鉴定与对种质资源的抗性评价
Identification of root knot nematodes of papaya and evaluation of resistance to germplasm resources

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to identify the pathogenic species of papaya root knot nematode disease in Hainan Province and the resistance of papaya germplasm resources to root knot nematode.[Method]The root knot nematode disease of papaya plantations in 8 cities and counties of Hainan Island was investigated and sampled by five-point sampling method.The species of root knot nematode were identified by morphological observation and comparison of perineal patterns and SCAR-PCR.At the same time,53 papaya germplasm re-sources collected were used to determine the resistance of root knot nematodes of papaya.[Result]The root-knot nematode species that harm Hainan papaya were Meloidogyne incognita and M.enterolobii with the proportion of 60%and 40%,respectively.The test of disease resistance of 53 papaya cultivars to M.incognita indicated that 9 of them showed high resistance,19 showed disease resistance,21 showed medium resistance,3 showed disease susceptibility and 1 showed high sensitivity to M.incognita;the test of disease resistance of 53 papaya cultivars to M.enterolobii indicated that 4 showed high resistance,10 showed disease resistance,26 showed medium re-sistance,12 showed disease sensitivity,and 1 showed high sensitivity.[Conclusion]The dominant population of papaya root knot nematodes in Hainan is M.incognita,while M.enterolobii is more infectious.关键词
