摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To compare the growth and photosynthetic related parameters of different flue-cured tobacco varieties.[Method]Six flue-cured tobacco varieties(K326,Yunyan 121,Yunyan 116,Yunyan 300,NC102,NX212)as the research objects,the unified manage-ment was carried out in the tobacco area of Yandong Township,Debao County,Baise City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The plant height,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area index,net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,chlorophyll content and other indicators of tobacco seedlings were measured at the rosette stage,vigorous growth stage and mature stage.[Result]The plant height of the six flue-cured tobacco varieties was significant different at the mature stage(P<0.05),the order was Yunyan 116>Yunyan 121>Yunyan 300>NX212>K326>NC102.The leaf length,leaf width and leaf area coefficient of Yunyan 116 were the largest.Compared with other flue-cured tobacco varieties,the net photosynthetic rate of Yunyan 116 was the largest,the transpiration rate was the smallest,and the chlorophylla content was more.[Conclusion]Among the six flue-cured tobacco varieties,Yunyan 116 has the potential ability to adapt to the ecological environment of the tobacco planting area in Debao County.
