基于RT-qPCR技术的葡萄病毒快速检测与新型脱毒方法研究
Rapid Detection of Grape Viruses Using RT-qPCR and Development of Novel Virus Elimination Methods

Abstract
In order to understand the situation of infection with viral diseases in the grapes of the new strain of Ningxia"Beichun",virus de-tection was conducted on different parts of plants of three wine grape varieties,namely"Beichun 11","Beichun 12"and"Xinbeichun",in Pingjibao,Ningxia.And stem tip culture combined with medicine detoxification technology was applied.Virus test results indicated 12 kinds of viruses were detected in"Beichun 11",of which there are the largest types of viruses in the petioles and the least types of viruses in the leaves."Beichun 12"detected 10 viruses,with the highest number of virus species in the petiole and the lowest number of viruses in the leaves."Xin-beichun"detected 11 kinds of viruses,with the largest types of viruses in the leaves and the least types of viruses in the new shoots.Detoxifica-tion effect indicated the detoxification method of stem tip culture combined with 15 mg/L virazole was used,and the detoxification rate of all tested plants reached 100%.The detoxification method of stem tip culture combined with 3 g/L radix isatidis was used:only GVB virus was not removed from"Beichun 11";GVE virus and GFkV virus in"Beichun 12"were not removed;all detected viruses of"Xinbeichun"were suc-cessfully removed.In summary,the detoxification method of stem tip culture combined with virazole has the best effect.关键词
