国内外加油站手机支付安全标准研究
Research on the Standard of Mobile Payment Safety at Gas Stations at Home and Abroad

Abstract
In recent years,mobile payment has become one of the mainstream payment methods at gas sta-tions;however,its security still attracts considerable attention.The ignition risks posed by mobile phones in the gas station environment were systematically analyzed from multiple perspectives,including radio frequency ener-gy,hot surfaces,drop impacts,battery fires,human static electricity,and distracted driving.The reasons for restricting mobile phone use were also discussed.Based on regulations prohibiting the use of non-explosion-proof electrical equipment(including mobile phones)in explosion-hazardous areas,the differences between domestic and international gas stations in terms of the scope of these zones classification and the management requirements for mobile payment were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the classification range of explosion hazard areas for gasoline dispensers in China was stricter than that in European and American standards.The risk of mobile phones igniting a fire under normal usage conditions within gas stations was relatively low,and its risk level was even lower than that posed by static electricity from the human body.However,a contradiction persists between the scope of explosion hazard zones around gasoline dispensers and the convenience of payment via ordinary non-explosion-proof mobile phones.Based on the actual situation in China,relevant recommenda-tions are proposed to enhance the safety management of mobile phone applications at gas stations.关键词
