Abstract

With the acceleration of the industrialization process,the safety production risks of enterprises have been continuously rising,and the safety literacy of employees has become a key influencing factor.To en-hance employees' safety literacy,from the perspective of human resource digitalization technology,by introdu-cing Reason's Swiss Cheese Model,social cognitive theory,and TOE framework,a three-layer technical collab-oration model of"data-algorithm-interaction"was constructed.This approach explores new pathways for digital human resources to elevate employee safety literacy:implementing rigorous resume screening and psychological assessment at the source,establishing a precision training system based on big data and VR,and implementing real-time data-driven safety KPI performance management.This research was applied to practical management,effectively guiding the recruitment of front-line operational personnel with high safety literacy who rapidly match job requirements and meet production needs,laying a solid foundation for the sustainable and high-quality de-velopment of the enterprise.Practice demonstrates that enhancing employee safety literacy through digital human resources empowers enterprises to reduce the frequency of safety incidents,effectively safeguard workers' health and safety,promote internal organizational harmony,and lay the groundwork for high-quality economic and so-cial development.
