秦藤活血方治疗银屑病血瘀证的临床疗效研究
Study on the clinical efficacy study of Qinteng Huoxue Formula in the treatment of psoriasis with the blood stasis pattern

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qinteng Huoxue Formula in the treatment of psoriasis(baibi)patients with the blood stasis pattern.Methods A prospective,single-arm clinical efficacy study was conducted.One hundred patients of psoriasis with the blood stasis pattern were enrolled.They were given Qinteng Huoxue Formula,and other dermatological drugs were discontinued during the treatment,with white vaseline ointment used as a topical emollient.Ninety-six patients completed the clinical observation.Clinical efficacy was observed,and the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)score was assessed,with a four-level efficacy evaluation conducted using the Nimodipine method.Self-assessed pruritus Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)scores,TCM main clinical symptom score indicators for the blood stasis pattern in psoriasis,and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores were observed,and safety was evaluated.Results After 12 weeks of treatment with Qinteng Huoxue Formula,7 patients were cured,19 patients achieved marked effectiveness,45 patients achieved effectiveness,resulting in a cure-marked effectiveness rate of 27.08%,and a total effective rate of 73.96%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the PASI score,NRS pruritus score and TCM syndrome score decreased.With the increase of treatment duration,the total score showed a gradual downward trend,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the DLQI scores were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).None of the 96 patients had drug-related adverse events during the 12-week observation period.Conclusion Qinteng Huoxue Formula is effective and safe in treating psoriasis with the blood stasis pattern.It is suitable for more extensive application.关键词
