我国高职学生实习政策变迁轨迹及其制度逻辑
The Evolution Trajectory and Institutional Logic of Internship Policies for Higher Vocational Students in China

Abstract
The internship policy for higher vocational students profoundly influences the training paradigm of technical and skilled talents,and analyzing its evolution provides key theoretical support for optimizing institutional supply.Based on the perspective of historical institutionalism,this paper uses policy text analysis to trace the development path and analyze the evolutionary characteristics of the internship policy for higher vocational students,thereby examining the evolution and institutional logic of internship policies.The study finds that,in terms of policy change trajectory,China's internship policy for higher vocational students has undergone four key stages:initial formation,standardized development,internal embedding,and external reinforcement.In terms of the logic of policy change,changes in the national political system,economic system reform,and cultural concepts constitute the deep structure of policy evolution.The high cost of internship,the learning effect among actors,the synergy generated by policy clusters,and adaptive expectations of practitioners contribute to the path dependence in internship policy evolution.Adjusting the management system,promoting industrial transformation,and emphasizing demonstration effects collectively form the driving mechanism for advancing the internship policy for higher vocational students.关键词
