摘要

Abstract

As a crucial component in constructing the modern vocational education system,undergraduate level vocational education serves as an important institutional arrangement to support the national strategy of strengthening the manufacturing sector and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.It undertakes the threefold mission of serving national strategies,improving the vocational education system,and fostering students'development.Its development follows a progressive logic of value foundation-access standards-professional operation.However,in practice,it still faces systematic challenges such as unclear institutional positioning,insufficient technological innovation capacity,and misalignment in talent cultivation.To address these issues,the high-quality development of undergraduate level vocational education should adhere to a coordinated development path that includes clarifying institutional positioning,enhancing technological innovation capabilities,innovating talent cultivation models,and integrating resources.It must uphold its mission of serving national strategies and regional economic development,focus on key segments of the industrial chain,and integrate resources and optimize layouts.This will provide sustained and robust support of high-skilled talents for the construction of a modern industrial system and the upgrading of critical industrial chain segments.
