The Integration Between Science and Education Empowering the High-Quality Development of Vocational Education:Value Implications,Current Challenges and Future Pathways
摘要
Abstract
The integration between science and education is an important initiative to deepen the reform of the modern vocational education system,which holds significant importance for building a leading country in education,science and technology,and talent.The integration between science and education empowers the high-quality development of vocational education,reflecting not only its contemporary value in serving national strategic needs,but also responding to practical demands of industrial transformation and upgrading,and accelerating the development of new productive forces.Moreover,it is essential for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and promoting the comprehensive development of individuals.However,current efforts to empower high-quality development of vocational education through integration between science and education face challenges such as limited conceptual awareness,insufficient initiative in reform and innovation,disconnection between schools and enterprises,weak multi-stakeholder synergy,mismatched talent cultivation,and limited capacity to serve local socioeconomic development.Therefore,vocational education should enhance understanding of the new concept of the integration between science and education,conduct forward-looking planning,establish new reform and development concepts,and adhere to developmental thinking;build new cross-sector collaboration mechanisms involving government,schools,industries,and enterprises;establish a regional community for integration between science and education;enhance key capabilities in vocational education,and develop high-level think tanks for the integration between science and education.Additionally,it is crucial to innovate talent cultivation models,promote interdisciplinary integration,develop high-quality courses for integration between science and education,and strengthen teachers'research capabilities,thereby comprehensively advancing the integrated development of education,science,and talent.关键词
