Abstract

During the critical period of manufacturing transformation,the contradiction between the rapid iteration of surface engineering technology and the insufficient supply of composite engineering talents has become increasingly prominent.Industry-education integration serves as a solution,aiming to promote the organic connection between the education chain,talent chain,and industrial and innovation chains.This is a practical need for the supply-side structural reform of human resources.This paper,from the perspective of industry-education integration,analyzes the internal driving forces behind the restructuring of the'Surface Engineering'course system——the existing knowledge system lags behind industry practices,and explores the practical paths for restructuring by dynamically adapting to industry needs and building a three-dimensional collaborative mechanism of'course-practice-industry.The paper also analyzes the pain points and phased achievements during the implementation process.The study aims to provide a reference model for the reform of engineering courses,with the value not only in enhancing the quality of engineering education but also in supplying industry-appropriate talents,thereby supporting economic transformation and the cultivation of new growth drivers.
