新工科背景下可持续建设课程体系改革探讨

Abstract
In response to the challenges posed by global environmental issues and the advancement of the"New Engineering Disciplines"(NED)initiative,this study addresses critical shortcomings in the"Sustainable Construction"curriculum for engineering management,including outdated content,monotonous pedagogy,rigid assessment mechanisms,and superficial industry-academia collaboration.A systematic reform path is proposed,featuring the establishment of a"cross-disciplinary,dynamic,and integrated"curriculum framework,the adoption of immersive pedagogical approaches,the implementation of a comprehensive multi-dimensional evaluation system,the cultivation of interdisciplinary faculty teams,and the enhancement of collaborative industry-academia practice platforms.Results demonstrate that the reformed curriculum significantly improves students'interdisciplinary integration capabilities,practical innovation skills,and collaborative competencies,while fostering a robust feedback-driven teaching evaluation mechanism and deepening industry-academia synergies.The findings highlight that this reform model aligns with NED objectives and provides a viable framework for cultivating high-quality engineering management professionals equipped to address complex engineering challenges through green and intelligent technologies.关键词
