摘要

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the accelerating global energy transition,hydrogen energy development is shifting from the singular"Hydrogen 1.0 Era"toward a"Hydrogen Energy 2.0 Era"centered on green hydrogen and incorporating diverse carriers such as green ammonia and green methanol.This paper systematically reviews China's progress and core gaps across the entire industrial chain from production,storage&transportation and application,and identifies the next 10 to 15 years as a critical window for seizing the global strategic initiative in the pan-hydrogen energy sector.To foster high-quality development of China's pan-hydrogen energy system,it proposes that integrating"electricity-hydrogen-carbon"synergy into strategic planning,systematically advancing the industrial layout for green hydrogen production and diversified hydrogen-based energy carriers,significantly solving such key technological domains as high-efficiency electrolytic hydrogen production,low-cost storage and transport,and green ammonia/methanol synthesis in line with China's resource endowment and industrial demands,accelerating the establishment of a hydrogen data platform and a whole-industry-chain standard system,facilitating the deep integration between pan-hydrogen development and new power system construction,and boosting the systematic construction of pan-hydrogen networks to give China the strategic initiative in the global green energy competition.
