摘要
Abstract
Amid APEC's pursuit of a region-wide energy transition, hydrogen has assumed heightened strategic significance. While member economies broadly concur on promoting hydrogen development, disparities in resource endowments, technological capabilities, and market demand have resulted in strategic convergence alongside divergent implementation pathways.Through a review of policy documents and comparative analysis, this paper examines major economies'hydrogen strategies, technology roadmaps, and industrial footprints, and identifies prevailing cooperation models. The findings reveal strong regional complementarities in resources, technology, and markets, which establish a foundation for enhanced collaboration. However, cooperation remains constrained by high production costs, inadequate cross-border infrastructure connectivity,a lack of harmonized clean hydrogen certification standards, and insufficient policy-coordination mechanisms. In the future,APEC's hydrogen agenda should prioritize the alignment of technical standards, infrastructure planning, trade rules, and policy certification.By leveraging its comprehensive value-chain strengths,China is positioned to assume a leading role within the APEC framework in fostering an open and mutually beneficial Asia-Pacific hydrogen ecosystem.关键词
