人口老龄化背景下高职护生安宁疗护能力提升实践研究
Practical research on enhancing the palliative care ability of vocational nursing students in the context of population aging
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop and implement a palliative care training program aimed at improving the palliative care abilities of vocational nursing students and preparing qualified nursing personnel for an aging society.Methods Literature review,questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview,and Delphi expert consultation were used to develop indicators of knowledge and ability in palliative care.Based on these,a"Palliative Care Training Program for Vocational Nursing Students"was formulated;In April 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 50 second year nursing students(before production internship)from Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College majoring in 2022 as the research objects.An improved"Nursing Student Palliative Care Knowledge and Behavior Survey Questionnaire"was used to evaluate the palliative care knowledge and ability of nursing students before and after the training for four weeks.Results After the training,the overall scores of nursing students'knowledge and behavioral abilities in palliative care were higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusions A scientifically grounded and practical palliative care training can significantly improve the palliative care literacy and professional abilities of nursing students.关键词
