2015～2024年国家自然科学基金糖尿病肾病中医药研究领域项目申请和资助情况分析
Analysis of application and funding status of National Natural Science Foundation of China in the field of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic kidney diseases from 2015 to 2024

Abstract
This study systematically reviews and summarizes the main research characteristics of projects applied for and fund-ed by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for diabetic kidney diseases over the past decade(2015-2024).Spatiotemporal analysis revealed that a total of 1 878 applications were submit-ted in the diabetic kidney diseases field under the TCM and integrated Chinese and Western medicine discipline of National Natural Science Foundation of China,with 203 projects funded,yielding a funding rate of 10.81%.Institutions with 10 or more funded projects included Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,China-Japan Friendship Hospi-tal,Hainan Medical University,Southern Medical University,and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Re-search content analysis indicated that self-designed compound prescriptions predominated as drug carriers;investigations of phar-macological mechanisms primarily focused on signaling pathways,particularly epigenetic mechanisms;pathological phenotype studies mainly centered on epithelial-mesenchymal transition,fibrosis,and programmed cell death,with a gradual shift toward organelle-level exploration;and pharmacological responses were dominated by inflammation and oxidative stress,while metabolo-mic differences,including gut and lipid metabolism,emerged as recent research hotspots.However,several limitations were iden-tified,including insufficient exploration of TCM theories,inadequate establishment of the material basis of pharmacodynamics,limited research on comorbidities and secondary diseases,and a scarcity of studies employing novel technologies and methodolo-gies.关键词
