摘要
Abstract
As a significant model for regional marine economic development in the Yellow River Delta,Binzhou's bottom-sown marine ranches are crucial for promoting the sustainable utilization of fishery resources and the conser-vation of the marine ecosystem. However, intensified by the dual pressures of global climate change and increased human activities, the region faces threats from multiple disasters such as storm surges, harmful algal blooms, and hypoxia, which severely constrain the long-term development of marine ranching.Enhancing disaster prevention capacity is therefore key to safeguarding investments, stabilizing the regional fishery industry chain, and enhancing industrial resilience.Guided by the ecosystem-based concept, this study comprehensively employs methods inclu-ding literature review, case analysis, and systematic examination to investigate the types, characteristics, and for-mation mechanisms of disaster risks in Binzhou's bottom-sown marine ranches, and thoroughly assesses the promi-nent deficiencies in the existing disaster prevention system.Building on this analysis, the study innovatively con-structs a comprehensive enhancement framework encompassing five dimensions:ecological baseline survey,dynam-ic monitoring and early warning, ecological engineering technologies, intelligent management and control, and col-laborative governance mechanisms.Furthermore,it proposes specific implementation strategies and safeguard meas-ures,such as establishing an"ecological compensation fund"and a"smart management platform."This study not only provides theoretical support for disaster prevention and mitigation efforts in Binzhou's bottom-sown marine ranches but also offers a practical reference paradigm for the construction of similar marine ranches in other regions of China.关键词
