摘要

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the mega-agriculture era,agricultural science research and the cultivation of in-novative capabilities among postgraduates in new agricultural sciences represent crucial means to address the chal-lenges of modern agriculture.This paper aims to explore the pathways for establishing an innovative cultivation mechanism for postgraduates in new agricultural sciences within this context.It focuses on analyzing the limitations of the current cultivation models,such as disciplinary barriers,weak practical links,and singular evaluation meth-ods.Six core measures are proposed:guiding interdisciplinary integration to enhance collaborative innovation capa-bilities;strengthening university-enterprise cooperation to reinforce practical innovation abilities;employing diver-sified evaluations to stimulate innovative potential;engaging in international collaboration to broaden global per-spectives;integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education to cultivate practical and entrepreneurial skills;and emphasizing psychological quality training to enhance stress resilience and leadership.Through the coordinated promotion of these measures,this study aims to provide robust theoretical support and practical guidance for cultiva-ting agricultural science and technology talents in China,thereby offering solid human resource support for agricul-tural modernization and sustainable development.
