案例库建设及其教学实践效果研究
Construction of acase library and its teaching effectiveness:A case study of the"advanced plant breeding theory and technology"course at Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University

Abstract
With the transformation and upgrading of China's agricultural industrial structure,the demand for high-level application-oriented agricultural talents is becoming increasingly urgent.As a teaching method that integrates theory and practice,case-based teaching demonstrates unique advantages in cultivating professional degree post-graduates.This paper takes the"Advanced Plant Breeding Theory and Technology"course at Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example to explore the construction and practical implementation of a case library for professional courses in the Master of Agriculture program.Through two years of teaching practice,the study em-ployed questionnaires,grade analysis,and student interviews for evaluation.The results indicate that the teaching model based on localized cases significantly enhanced students' course performance(with an average improvement of approximately 8%),classroom engagement(a roughly 50%increase in interaction frequency),and comprehen-sive ability to solve complex breeding problems.This provides a replicable and scalable reform paradigm for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in agriculture.关键词
