Abstract

Ganguyi Oilfield in the Ordos Basin is a typical low-porosity and ultra-low permeability reser-voir,characterized by low recovery degree of oil reserves and poor development effect.Among the influen-cing factors,reservoir heterogeneity is one of the important ones affecting the development effect.Through a comprehensive analysis of data such as cores,thin sections,logging,and development effects in Well Block T9,the heterogeneity evaluation of the main producing layer,the Chang 61 oil formation,has been carried out from both microscopic and macroscopic aspects.The results show that the grain size,pores,throats,co-efficient of variation,and interlayer development of the Chang 612 are higher than those of the Chang 611 and Chang 613.The Chang 612 has the most developed composite rhythms and the largest number of layers,with strong intra-layer and inter-layer heterogeneity.Compared with the Chang 611 and Chang 613,although the Chang 612 has a large sandbody thickness and continuous distribution,there are significant differences in reservoir physical properties in the plane,resulting in strong planar heterogeneity of the Chang 612.Affected by the degree of reservoir development,the reserves in Well Block T9 are mainly concentrated in the Chang 612.Among them,the areas with relatively high horizontal permeability and slightly weaker heterogeneity are the main producing zones.
