Abstract

The lower Member of the Minghuazhen Formation in the BZ Oilfield is dominated by shallow-wa-ter delta deposits,with complex sandbodies superimposition patterns.As the oilfield has entered the medium-high water cut stage,water flooding has generally occurred in the oil layers.To clarify the distribution of remaining oil in the reservoirs,it is necessary to carry out study on the distribution of interlayers within the reservoirs.However,characteristics of offshore oilfields,such as large well spacing and limited production wells,have restricted the research of interlayer distribution using inter-well correlation methods.Based on the analysis of seismic data and fine well-seismic calibration in the BZ Oilfield,this research integrates the reflection waveform characteristics of the-90° phase-shifted data volume with the variation features of am-plitude energy attributes,so as to investigate the reflection characteristics of different interlayers—these in-terlayers differ in terms of seismic waveform symmetry and amplitude energy strength.The reflection charac-teristics are used to delineate the distribution of interlayers.Moreover,in combination with interlayer thick-ness data at well points,interlayer thickness contour maps are plotted.This work provides a reference for the research on interlayer distribution in similar oilfields.
