摘要

Abstract

Distiller's grains are the main solid waste produced by the liquor brewing industry.It is rich in organic matter such as cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin.Compared with other organic raw materials,the location of distil-ler's grains is relatively concentrated and the collection cost is low,which is conducive to large-scale processing.After high temperature pyrolysis or hydrothermal treatment,the distiller's grains can be converted into high-performance biochar by physical or chemical methods.Distiller's grains-based biochar has the characteristics of high carbon con-tent,large specific surface area and rich pore structure,and has shown broad application prospects in the fields of agri-culture,environment and energy.In this paper,the main preparation methods of distiller's grains-based biochar,namely pyrolysis carbonization method and hydrothermal carbonization method,were compared and analyzed.The composition and structure of distiller's grains-based biochar were introduced.The application status of distiller's grains-based biochar in the fields of adsorbent,soil conditioner,catalyst carrier,fuel and battery materials were sum-marized.The future research of distiller's grains-based biochar should focus on the dynamic changes of its preparation process parameters,functional regulation mechanism,energy consumption optimization model,quantitative relation-ship between N/O/S doping sites and performance,complex multi-metal synergistic removal mechanism,interface electron transport behavior,electrochemical stability mechanism,etc.
