Abstract
Against the backdrop of the integrated reform of education,science and technology,and tal-ent,the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the energy sector is crucial for achieving national energy transition.This article systematically analyzes the strategic directions of the integrated reform of education,technology,and talent for the higher education talent cultivation system,the scientific and technological innovation system,and the talent workforce system.It delves into bottlenecks in the cur-rent energy sector talent cultivation system,including the lag between dynamic discipline adjustments and national strategic needs,the disconnect between traditional training models and energy industry de-velopment,the misalignment between curriculum knowledge systems and AI trends,and the gap be-tween students'practical skills and real-world problem-solving capabilities.A"four-in-one"cultivation model:Comprising value cultivation,model innovation,AI empowerment,and practical training,is pro-posed.The mining engineering(Honors Program)at Xi"an University of Science and Technology serves as a practical case study,validating the effectiveness of this model.The research shows that this model significantly enhances students"innovative and practical abilities,providing a replicable para-digm for cultivating top-notch innovative talents in the energy sector.关键词
