New Quality Productive Forces Drive Green and Low-Carbon Transformation of Energy:Mechanisms,Realistic Challenges,and Implementation Pathways

Abstract
As a new form of productive forces that integrates digital,intelligent,and sustainable technol-ogies,new-quality productive forces are crucial for accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation of energy and ensuring national energy security.Based on an analysis of the driving force of the emer-gence of new-quality productive forces for energy transformation and their mutually generative relation-ship,this paper makes an in-depth exploration of the mechanism of action by which new-quality pro-ductive forces drive the low-carbon transformation of energy.It also analyzes five major practical chal-lenges faced by the transformation,including bottlenecks in technological innovation,shortages of pro-duction factors,lagging institutional supply,the double-edged sword effect of artificial intelligence,and the conflict between the climate crisis and energy security.Moreover,this paper puts forward five key measures for steadily promoting the low-carbon transformation of energy through new-quality productive forces from multiple aspects,such as breaking through core technologies,optimizing core elements,strengthening institutional construction,addressing emerging challenges,and enhancing international cooperation.By doing so,it aims to tap into the inherent potential of new-quality productive forces in the green and efficient development of the energy system and contribute to the secure and green trans-formation of energy.关键词
