针刺联合目偏牵正汤加减治疗2型糖尿病动眼神经麻痹的临床研究
Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Mupian Qianzheng Decoction(目偏牵正汤)for Treating Dynamic Optimization Problem
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the treatment effect of dynamic optimization problem(DOP)with acupuncture combined with Mupian Qianzheng Decoction(目偏牵正汤).Methods A total of 102 patients with DOP in the hospital were randomly divided in-to 51 observation group(combined with acupuncture and Mupian Qianzheng Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment)and 51 control group(conventional treatment).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including TCM syndrome scores(main and secondary scores),diplopia angle,pupil diameter and eye cleft height and hemorheology(red blood cell aggregation in-dex,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen).Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the diplopia angle and pupil diameter of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the eye cleft height was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The hemorheology index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Mupi-an Qianzheng Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of DOP,reduce the symptoms of patients and improve the hemorheology indexes.关键词
