通督调神针刺联合综合康复训练在脑卒中后偏瘫中的应用
Application of Dredging Du Meridian and Regulating Spirit Acupuncture Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training in Hemiplegia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of dredging Du meridian and regulating spirit acupuncture combined with comprehen-sive rehabilitation training on hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods Eighty-two patients with hemiplegia after stroke who were treated in the hospital from March 2020 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and research group(41 cases).The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation,and the study group was treated with dredging Du me-ridian and regulating spirit acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of patients with hemiplegia after stroke at the end of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,modified Barthel index score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA)and cerebral arterial hemodynamics of the two groups were compared before and and at the end of treatment,and the safety of patients with hemiplegia after stroke in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and NIHSS score of the patients with hemiplegia after treatment were decreased in both groups,while modified Barthel index score and FMA score were increased,and the above indexes were changed more signifi-cantly in the study group(P＜0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Dredging Du meridian and reg-ulating spirit acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can increase the efficacy,improve the daily living ability,nerve function and motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke and can restore the cerebral hemodynamics,with high safety.关键词
